30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and we require tracking information for the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process the refund.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Email us with ‘CANCEL (order number)’ as the subject.
• After Shipping: If you wish to cancel after the item has shipped, you may still request a refund, but you will need to return the order at your expense. Email us with ‘REFUND (order number)’, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items in their original condition. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items for exchange.

Non-returnable Items

• Orders of multiple similar products in different sizes are not eligible for return/exchange to prevent policy misuse.
• Items missing their original tags or returned more than 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
