Plush Buy Us is a brand owned by Inspire Ventures FZE LLC. All orders are processed through our U.S. fulfillment network, and we ship worldwide.

2. Ordering Process

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment verification concerns, or system errors.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are final and include all applicable charges. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Stripe‑verified payment links. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Standard delivery time is 7–9 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30‑day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• If the item is not liked or the customer changes their mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• If the item is damaged or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  Refunds are issued within 8–10 business days after inspection.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping by contacting us at sales@plushbuyus.com. After dispatch, cancellations will be processed according to our Return Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Plush Buy Us is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.
